Why was there a need to evolve the formulation of NIVEA Creme?

For us at NIVEA as a leading skincare brand, skin always comes first. We are dedicated to do what’s desired by consumers and their skin. At the same time, it is our responsibility to contribute to a more sustainable planet for you and for future generations to come.

How have the ingredients of the improved NIVEA Creme evolved?

We have evolved the formula to make it more natural: It now contains 100% oils of natural origin (except fragrance; oils retaining >50% of their natural state after being processed) and provides 48h moisture protection.

What are the benefits of the evolved formula?

The formula features long-lasting care with 48h moisture protection and more sustainable ingredients such as 100% oils of natural origin (except fragrance; oils retaining >50% of their natural state after being processed).
It now also supports 48H protective care, cold weather protection, and tattoo care (the cream can be used on tattoos more than 4 days old).

Does NIVEA Creme still offer the same protection and care?

Yes, in fact the evolved formula has improved the Creme's performance. Now it provides 48h moisture protection and extra care for all skin types.
